Lapiz follows a statistical process control – Statistical Quality Control (SQC), along with quality control methodologies. Sampling methods are defined based on the complexities, skill level and process maturity level. The company’s methodology for monitoring the performance of all work requirements involve the establishment and complete understanding of all client specifications, standards, and policies relevant to the project. These requirements and standards are incorporated in Lapiz’s standard operating procedures and workflow instructions for each project. Each project manager and service provider team working on the specific project then follows this standard operating procedure. The typical sampling standard used by the team for litigation coding projects is ANSI-ASQ. This standard helps determine the Lot size, sample size, accept/reject criteria and accepted quality level.
